ARTICULO 1º: Autorizase al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a adjudicar a la Empresa IMSE S.R.L., la Licitación Privada Nº 01/2015 (Expediente 4039-12318/2015) referente a la obra: “ILUMINACION ACCESO RUTA 61 ENTRE AV. 9 DE JULIO Y CONTENCION CONTRA LAS INUNDACIONES DE CALLE PARALELA A LAS VIAS DEL FERROCARRIL DESDE CALLE WALLACE HASTA CANCHA DE COLORADO Y CALLE MILANO ENTRE AV. BELGRANO Y PIÑEYRO”, por un monto de pesos quinientos cuarenta y dos mil setecientos cuarenta y uno con siete centavos ($ 542.741,07).-
