{"id":84,"date":"2013-10-04T10:40:57","date_gmt":"2013-10-04T13:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/hcd\/2013\/10\/04\/ordenanza1050\/"},"modified":"2013-10-04T10:40:57","modified_gmt":"2013-10-04T13:40:57","slug":"ordenanza1050","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.munialvear.gov.ar\/?p=84","title":{"rendered":"Ordenanza N\u00ba 1050\/94"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE <br \/>DE GENERAL ALVEAR <br \/>PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1050\/94 <\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 1:F\u00edjase en la suma de pesos CUATRO MILLONES SETECIENTOS MIL ( $ 4.700.000,00) El Presupuesto General de gastos de la Administraci\u00f3n y Honorable Concejo Deliberante para el a\u00f1o 1994 que regir\u00e1 conforme a las planillas obrantes a fojas 3 a 6 del expediente Nro. 4039-2273\/94, que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 2:Est\u00edmase en la suma de pesos CUATRO MILLONES SETECIENTOS MIL ($ 4.700.000,00) los Recursos destinados a la financiaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto General de Gastos de la Administraci\u00f3n y Honorable Consejo Deliberante para el a\u00f1o 1994 de acuerdo al detalle obrante a fojas 7 a 8 del Expediente 4039-2273\/94 que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 3: Apru\u00e9banse las planillas \u201cDetalles de Sueldos Individuales y Retribuciones Globales\u201d, obrantes a fojas 10 a 14 del expediente Nro. 4039-2273\/94 que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 4: Apru\u00e9base la Estructura Org\u00e1nico \u2013 Funcional obrante a fojas 9 del expediente 4039-2273\/94.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 5:F\u00edjase en doscientos siete (200) el n\u00famero de agentes de la Planta permanente, seg\u00fan detalle obrante a fojas 10 a 13 del expediente Nro. 4039-2273\/94, que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 6: Apru\u00e9base la Ordenanza Complementaria de Presupuesto que obra a fojas 15 a 17 del Expediente N\u00ba 4039-2273\/94 y que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 7: Autorizase al Departamento Ejecutivo a ampliar el C\u00e1lculo de Recursos y Presupuesto de Gastos en virtud de lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 120 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 8: Facultase al Departamento Ejecutivo a disponer transferencias de cr\u00e9ditos para reforzar conceptos preexistentes o crear nuevos en el Presupuesto de Gastos Vigente, respetando los nomencladores respectivos.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 9: Facultase al departamento Ejecutivo a otorgar al Personal Municipal los incrementos salariales siguiendo las pautas que fijan los superiores gobiernos de la Provincia y\/o Naci\u00f3n Y\/o Comisi\u00f3n Paritaria Municipal de la Provincia de Bs. As., y en su oportunidad los respectivos Decretos para su convalidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>ARTICULO 10: Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Reg\u00edstrese.
