{"id":8232,"date":"2025-10-15T12:43:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T15:43:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hcd.munialvear.gov.ar\/?p=8232"},"modified":"2025-10-15T12:43:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T15:43:46","slug":"ordenanza-no-2644-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcd.munialvear.gov.ar\/?p=8232","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba 2644\/2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Corresponde Expediente N\u00ba 4039-17299\/2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Modificase la Ordenanza N\u00ba 2623\/2025 modificatoria de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 2608\/2024 del Presupuesto vigente y apru\u00e9bese el incremento en el sueldo b\u00e1sico del 9% para el personal municipal a partir 01\/08\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>F\u00edjese para los agentes municipales mayores de dieciocho a\u00f1os (18) a\u00f1os de edad, que cumplan la jornada laboral completa de trabajo de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, el sueldo b\u00e1sico m\u00ednimo que a continuaci\u00f3n se detalla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del 01\/08\/2025\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.$&nbsp;&nbsp; 454.273,13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Determ\u00ednese el siguiente sueldo b\u00e1sico para el Auxiliar Administrativo Categor\u00eda 4&nbsp;ingresante, de 35 hs. a partir del 01 de Agosto de 2025 de $ 454.273,13 a los fines de la determinaci\u00f3n del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal y dieta de los se\u00f1ores Concejales, que deber\u00e1 proporcionarse a 40 hs. semanales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del 01\/08\/2025\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..$ 519.169,20.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Se le deber\u00e1 adicionar una bonificaci\u00f3n como operador equipo de computaci\u00f3n de&nbsp; $200, sin distinci\u00f3n de carga horaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;Fijase a partir del 01\/08\/2025 en pesos un mill\u00f3n quinientos cincuenta y ocho mil ciento siete con sesenta centavos ($1.558.107,60) la dieta de los se\u00f1ores Concejales, calculada en tres sueldos de la Categor\u00eda establecida en el Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba de la presente Ordenanza, en su equivalente a cuarenta (40) horas semanales, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 92 de la L.O.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 5\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;Fijase a partir del 01\/08\/2025 en pesos seis millones doscientos treinta dos mil cuatrocientos treinta con cuarenta centavos ($ 6.232.430,40), el sueldo b\u00e1sico del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal, calculado en doce sueldos de la Categor\u00eda establecida en el Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba de la presente ordenanza, en su equivalente a cuarenta (40) horas semanales, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 125 de la L.O.M. La compensaci\u00f3n de gastos de representaci\u00f3n del Se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal se mantendr\u00e1 en pesos treinta mil ($30.000,00).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 6\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;Fijase en un cuarenta (40) por ciento del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal los sueldos b\u00e1sicos de los se\u00f1ores Secretarios de Hacienda, de Gobierno, de Salud y de Obras y Serv. P\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 7\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Fijase en un treinta y cinco (35) por ciento del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal&nbsp;&nbsp;el sueldo b\u00e1sico del Contador Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 8\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Fijase en un treinta (30) por ciento del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal los sueldos b\u00e1sicos del Tesorero y del Jefe de Compras Municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 9\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;Apru\u00e9bese la n\u00f3mina de sueldos b\u00e1sicos y bonificaciones por cargo y\/o&nbsp;funci\u00f3n de los funcionarios que se detallan en el Anexo I y detalle de Agrupamientos, Anexo II, que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza, a partir del 01\/08\/2025, siendo la cantidad de cargos de la Planta Permanente Municipal de 478.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 10\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>Modif\u00edquese la Ordenanza 2608\/2024 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente y apru\u00e9bese el incremento del valor de las guardias que se realicen en el Hospital Municipal \u201cBernardino Rivadavia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del 1\u00b0 de Abril&nbsp;
