N\u00ba 4039-2308\/94 <br \/>DE GENERAL ALVEAR <br \/>PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1048\/94<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba: Establ\u00e9cese un PLAN ESPECIAL DE REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE <br \/>DEUDAS Para contribuyentes y dem\u00e1s responsables de grav\u00e1menes municipales relacionados con: Tasa por Alumbrado, Limpieza y Conservaci\u00f3n de la V\u00eda P\u00fablica \u2013 Tasa por inspecci\u00f3n de Seguridad e Higiene \u2013 Derechos de Cementerio y Pavimento Urbano, cuyo vencimiento hubiere operado al 31 de Marzo de 1994, siempre que se presente dentro de los t\u00e9rminos establecidos <br \/>en la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba: Se fija como fecha de vencimiento para acogerse al plan mencionado, el d\u00eda 15 de Junio de 1994.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00ba: Las cuotas adeudadas ser\u00e1n actualizadas de acuerdo con el valor vigente al momento de acogerse al beneficio de la presente moratoria.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00ba: Sobre el monto total de la deuda registrada, se establecen las siguientes alternativas de pago: <br \/>PLAN 1: Ocho (08) cuotas mensuales, fijas, sin inter\u00e9s: Contado, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 y 210 d\u00edas, con una bonificaci\u00f3n del (50%) cincuenta por ciento.- PLAN 2: Dieciocho (18) cuotas mensuales, fijas, sin inter\u00e9s, con una bonificaci\u00f3n del 40 (40%) por ciento de descuento.- <\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00ba: La falta de pago de tres (03) cuotas consecutivas o alternadas producir\u00e1 la caducidad de pleno derecho de los plazos acordados quedando los responsables obligados a la cancelaci\u00f3n del total de la deuda original m\u00e1s intereses correspondientes por mora.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 6\u00ba: No ser\u00e1 necesaria la previa intimaci\u00f3n para dar inicio a las acciones legales correspondientes, a todos aquellos contribuyentes que no manifiesten inter\u00e9s en acogerse al presente Plan de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Deudas.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 7\u00ba:Fac\u00faltase al Departamento Ejecutivo a prorrogar el plazo fijado en el Art\u00edculo Segundo de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 8\u00ba: Se invitar\u00e1 a los se\u00f1ores contribuyentes deudores a acogerse al presente Plan de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Deudas, realizando una profusa y amplia publicidad del mismo, en los medios de difusi\u00f3n escritos, orales y televisivos.<\/p>\n<p>ART\u00cdCULO 9\u00ba:Comun\u00edquese al D.E. a sus efectos.
