ARTICULO 1\u00b0:<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Convalidase el convenio de estudio suscripto entre la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de saneamiento y Obras Hidr\u00e1ulica dependiente del Ministerio de Infraestructura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y la Municipalidad de General Alvear,<\/span><\/span> por el cual se regir\u00e1 la forma y condiciones en que se ejecutaran las tareas para elaborar el proyecto de la obra que se denomina \u201cLIMPIEZA CANAL DE DESAGUES DESDE CANAL INTERCEPTOR CIUDAD DE GENERAL ALVEAR HASTA CAMINO GENERAL ALVEAR-YERBAS\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICULO 2\u00b0: <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Se deja establecido que la elaboraci\u00f3n del proyecto tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de dos meses y tendr\u00e1, de acuerdo a la letra del convenio un costo total de $ 29.792,00.-<\/span><\/p>\n
