La comisi\u00f3n que por la presente se aprueba tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o de mandato a partir del 1\u00b0 de abril de 2024, y se encuentra integrada por las siguientes personas que figuran en el Anexo I de la presente Ordenanza. La comisi\u00f3n referida, tendr\u00e1 como \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n el ruedo municipal, ubicado a la vera de la defensa oeste de nuestra ciudad, un predio de propiedad del Estado Municipal, que ofrece las comodidades para el desarrollo de estos espect\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> A los efectos del art\u00edculo anterior, la comisi\u00f3n de apoyo al ruedo municipal, tendr\u00e1 como funci\u00f3n la organizaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y otorgamientos de fechas de espect\u00e1culos, debiendo exigir a quien organice seguro para participantes y espectadores, coberturas de ambulancia y autorizaci\u00f3n para expender bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas (REBA). Del mismo se deber\u00e1 exigir, que los menores que deseen participar de los eventos se obligar\u00e1n contar, sin excepci\u00f3n, con la conformidad y firma de los representantes legales, quedando a criterio de la comisi\u00f3n si permite o no la participaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan el riesgo que genere el tipo de destreza.
