class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 1: <\/span><\/strong>F\u00edjase en la suma de pesos CINCO MILLONES TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y SEIS MIL ( $ 5.336.000,00) El Presupuesto General de gastos de la Administraci\u00f3n y Honorable Concejo Deliberante para el a\u00f1o 2001 que regir\u00e1 conforme a las planillas obrantes a fojas 2 a 21 del expediente Nro. 4039-6081\/01, que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 2: <\/span><\/strong>Estimase en la suma de pesos CINCO MILLONES TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y SEIS MIL ( $ 5.336.000,00) los Recursos destinados a la financiaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto General de Gastos de la Administraci\u00f3n y Honorable Concejo Deliberante para el a\u00f1o 2001 de acuerdo al detalle obrante a fojas 22 a 23 del expediente 4039-6081\/01 que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.&#8211;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 3<\/span>: <\/strong>Apru\u00e9banse las planillas \u201cdetalles de Sueldos Individuales y Retribuciones Globales\u201d, obrantes a fojas 24 a 33 del expediente Nro. 4039-6081\/01 que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 4: <\/span><\/strong>Apru\u00e9base la estructura Org\u00e1nico \u2013 Funcional obrante a fojas 34 del expediente 4039-6081\/01.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">ARTICULO 5<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: black;\">: Apru\u00e9base el nomenclador de clasificaci\u00f3n de los Recursos y de los Gastos seg\u00fan el modelo Nro. 7 de la Circular del 22-03-95 del Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 6<\/span><\/strong>: F\u00edjase en doscientos tres (203) el n\u00famero de agentes de la Planta permanente, seg\u00fan detalle obrante a fojas 24 a 33 del expediente Nro. 4039-6081\/01, que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 7<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">: <\/span>Autorizase al Departamento Ejecutivo a ampliar el C\u00e1lculo de Recursos y Presupuesto de Gastos en virtud de lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 120 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 8<\/span><\/strong>: Facultase al Departamento Ejecutivo a disponer transferencias de cr\u00e9ditos para reforzar conceptos preexistentes el Presupuesto de Gastos vigente, respetando los nomencladores respectivos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 9:<\/span><\/strong>: Apru\u00e9base la Ordenanza complementaria de Presupuesto que obra a fojas 35 a 38 del expediente Nro. 4039-6081\/ 01 y que forma parte integrante de la presente Ordenanza.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ARTICULO 10<\/span><\/strong>: Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos.
