Anticipos de Coparticipaci\u00f3n como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n por otros conceptos a ser transferidos por la Provincia y Municipio, y <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">CONSIDERANDO: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\">Que como consecuencia de ello, el Municipio tambi\u00e9n debe adecuar su funcionamiento financiero, en lo que respecta a la percepci\u00f3n del cobro de impuestos Municipales a los Se\u00f1ores Contribuyentes; POR TODO ELLO, EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE, EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY ORGANICA DE LAS MUNICIPALIDADES, SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ORDENANZA <\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 1: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Autor\u00edzase al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, al cobro de los impuestos municipales, tambi\u00e9n en Patacones y\/o bonos de Cancelaci\u00f3n de Obligaciones creados por Ley 12.727.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">ARTICULO 2<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: black;\">Los impuestos a cobrar por el municipio en la forma prevista en el Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba, son para la totalidad de las tasas que forman parte de la Ordenanza Impositiva hoy vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 3<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">: Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a sus efectos.
