color: black;\">ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1231\/00 <\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 1\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Cr\u00e9ase la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal de Bromatolog\u00eda, la que tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la fiscalizaci\u00f3n higi\u00e9nico \u2013 sanitaria de todo alimento, comestible, condimento, bebidas, sus primeras materias y derivados, que se elaboren, fraccionen, transporten, expendan, consuman o expongan en jurisdicci\u00f3n del Partido de General Alvear, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n en toda persona, firma o establecimiento que se desempe\u00f1e en dichas actividades y\/o medios de transporte utilizados al efecto<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 2\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El cargo de Director de Bromatolog\u00eda, a prever en el presupuesto de gastos, ser\u00e1 desempe\u00f1ado por un Profesional Universitario con T\u00edtulo habilitante en la rama de Bromatolog\u00eda del cual depender\u00e1 el personal que eventualmente se asigne de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas y posibilidades presupuestarias<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 3\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal por v\u00eda reglamentaria establecer\u00e1 los lugares, procedimientos y horarios para el funcionamiento de dicho servicio<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 4\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda Municipal, tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la inmediata puesta en funcionamiento de puestos sanitarios de reinspecci\u00f3n bromatol\u00f3gica de alimentos, los cuales funcionar\u00e1n en lugares de acceso a la ciudad determinados oportunamente<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 5\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El departamento Ejecutivo Municipal proyectar\u00e1 para su oportuno estudio, tratamiento y aplicaci\u00f3n (Art\u00edculo 93\u00ba y concordantes de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de las Municipalidades), las modificaciones que correspondan a las Ordenanzas Impositiva y Fiscal vigentes, a los fines de una correcta reestructuraci\u00f3n de servicios y tasas.\u2014<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">ARTICULO 6\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Los se\u00f1ores titulares responsables y\/o encargados de las firmas proveedoras, los comerciantes, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n los conductores de veh\u00edculos sujetos a inspecci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n prestar colaboraci\u00f3n con quienes deban realizar el cumplimiento de sus tareas espec\u00edficas, pudi\u00e9ndose en caso contrario recurrir al auxilio de la fuerza p\u00fablica.-<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>ARTICULO 7\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Ser\u00e1n normas de aplicaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de las tareas encomendadas a la Direcci\u00f3n Creada en el Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba, el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino con sus modificatorias, las Leyes Nacionales y Provinciales dictadas en la materia y las Ordenanzas municipales espec\u00edficas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';
