El sueldo del personal menor designado o promovido, dentro de las escalas a las que alude este articulo, se imputara a cargos vacantes de la escala aprobada para el ejercicio vigente que disponga el presupuesto, debiendo constar en los respectivos decretos el sueldo con que se designa al agente y destinar a econom\u00eda por no inversi\u00f3n los sobrantes que resulten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 3<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Todos los agentes municipales comprendidos en la presente, percibir\u00e1n en concepto de antig\u00fcedad por cada mes y por cada a\u00f1o de servicio, una suma equivalente al tres (3) por ciento del sueldo b\u00e1sico que perciben hasta el 31-12-95. A partir del 01-01-96, dicho adicional ser\u00e1 del uno (1) por ciento (Ley 11757). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Podr\u00e1n computarse los a\u00f1os certificados por las Administraciones P\u00fablicas de la Naci\u00f3n, Provincia o Municipio para todo el personal, a excepci\u00f3n del Intendente y Secretarios, a quienes se les computar\u00e1 solamente la antig\u00fcedad en la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 4<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: Los agentes comprendidos en el Estatuto para el personal de las municipalidades de la Prov. de Bs. line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: El agente que se desempe\u00f1e como encargado del Departamento o en categor\u00edas inferiores, que deba cumplir labores extraordinarias fuera del horario normal, ser\u00e1 retribuido por hora en funci\u00f3n directa del sueldo y de su jornada habitual de trabajo con el 50% de recargo. A los efectos indicados precedentemente, se entiende por sueldo del agente las retribuciones que este perciba en concepto de sueldo b\u00e1sico, bonificaci\u00f3n por antig\u00fcedad y otras remuneraciones que est\u00e9n sujetas a aportes jubilatorios. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Dicho sueldo ser\u00e1 proporcional a las horas de desarrollo de sus tareas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Cuando el trabajo se realice los d\u00edas domingos, no laborales y\/o d\u00edas feriados al valor de las horas se s le adicionar\u00e1 un 100% conforme a la reglamentaci\u00f3n que dicte el Departamento Ejecutivo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">El personal que por decreto determine el D.E. seg\u00fan ola \u00edndole de las tareas a desarrollar podr\u00e1 percibir una bonificaci\u00f3n por cargo y\/o funci\u00f3n entre un 20 y el 100 por ciento de su remuneraci\u00f3n mensual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: Para el personal que determine el D.E. se fijar\u00e1 una bonificaci\u00f3n en compensaci\u00f3n por responsabilidad, riesgo y tareas extraordinarias, que seg\u00fan el caso se fijar\u00e1n entre un 20 y un 100% de su sueldo b\u00e1sico o de su remuneraci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Los operadores de equipos de computaci\u00f3n percibir\u00e1n un adicional del 15% de su remuneraci\u00f3n <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
