font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">El convenio firmado oportunamente entre el CONICET, la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de la Plata, y la Municipalidad de General Alvear, relacionado con el Proyecto denominado \u201cDesarrollo Demostrativo experimental del Cultivo de Arroz en la Cuenca deprimida del Salado\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Los estudios desarrollados durante m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os de trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n, que permitieron demostrar la factibilidad de cosechas el mejoramiento en el manojo gen\u00e9tico de las variedades, adem\u00e1s de reconocer al cultivo del arroz como una alternativa v\u00e1lida de producci\u00f3n para la regi\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Y CONSIDERANDO: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Que es necesario incentivar al sector agropecuario en la b\u00fasqueda de nuevas formas productivas no tradicionales a trav\u00e9s de medidas que beneficien a quienes decidan encarar esta actividad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE GENERAL ALVEAR, EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>ORDENANZA: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 1\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Ex\u00edmese del pago de la Tasa por conservaci\u00f3n, Reparaci\u00f3n y Mejorado de la Red Vial Municipal a todas aquellas explotaciones 2 agropecuarias que desarrollen el cultivo de arroz en el Partido de General Alvear, Pcia de Buenos Aires. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 2\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Dicha exenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 a raz\u00f3n de una (1) hect\u00e1rea por cada hect\u00e1rea sembrada, teniendo la misma car\u00e1cter anual, debiendo los productores no registrar deuda alguna en dicha tasa para acceder al beneficio.- <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 3\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Los interesados deber\u00e1n inscribirse en la direcci\u00f3n general de la Producci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de la Municipalidad, la que ejercer\u00e1 el control y ser\u00e1 responsable de certificar las hect\u00e1reas a desgravar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 4\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">La presente Ordenanza rige exclusivamente para los titulares del dominio de los inmuebles (propietario individual \u2013 sucesi\u00f3n indivisa \u2013 sociedad).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;
