color: black;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">VISTO: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Sangradetindependiente\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">El Proyecto de Ordenanza presentado por el Ejecutivo Municipal y el presentado por el Bloque de Concejales de la UCR, ambos relativos al ordenamiento del tr\u00e1nsito en el centro de nuestra ciudad y <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">CONSIDERANDO: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Sangradetindependiente\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Que ser\u00eda importante compatibilizar ambos proyectos, con algunas modificaciones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Que resultar\u00eda se suma utilidad poner a prueba estas modificaciones, antes de tomar definitiva vigencia la Ordenanza respectiva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Que si una vez pasado el per\u00edodo de prueba, estas tienen la efectividad buscada, proceder a implementar dicha regla en la zona de influencia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Que si as\u00ed no fuere, buscar otros medios o alternativas a esta Ordenanza en un plazo perentorio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">POR TODO ELLO, EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES, APRUEBA LA SIGUIENTE <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ORDENANZA: <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 1: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Ser\u00e1 \u00fanica mano la Avenida San Mart\u00edn en direcci\u00f3n Norte \u2013 Sur desde su intersecci\u00f3n con la calle Bm\u00e9 Mitre hasta la calle Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 2<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Ser\u00e1 \u00fanica mano la Avenida Sarmiento en direcci\u00f3n Sur \u2013 Norte, desde su intersecci\u00f3n con la calle Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen hasta la calle Bm\u00e9 Mitre.-<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 3<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Ser\u00e1 \u00fanica mano la calle Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen en direcci\u00f3n Oeste \u2013 Este, en su extensi\u00f3n de Avenida 9 de Julio hasta 25 de Mayo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 4<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: Ser\u00e1 \u00fanica mano la Avenida Presidente Juan D. Per\u00f3n en direcci\u00f3n Este \u2013 Oeste entre la Avenida Sarmiento y San Mart\u00edn, por lo que el \u00fanico sentido de circulaci\u00f3n alrededor de la Plaza Principal deber\u00e1 ser en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 5<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">El estacionamiento alrededor de la Plaza Principal ser\u00e1 de 45\u00ba sobre la vereda misma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 6<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: El estacionamiento en el resto de la zona ser\u00e1 en forma normal y en ambos lados de la calzada. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 7<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">La presente Ordenanza tendr\u00e1 un per\u00edodo de prueba de 45 a 60 d\u00edas, luego de los cuales tendr\u00e1 definitiva vigencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 8<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">: El Departamento Ejecutivo deber\u00e1 imponer a cada una de sus direcciones (obras P\u00fablicas, General de Mantenimiento, etc.) de la presente reglamentaci\u00f3n a efectos de su efectiva colaboraci\u00f3n y pronta implementaci\u00f3n con la debida se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de la zona. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ART\u00cdCULO 9: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Solicitar a las autoridades locales de la Polic\u00eda Bonaerense suma colaboraci\u00f3n al respecto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 10: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Divulgar la presente a todos los Establecimientos Escolares, de todos los niveles y por todos los medios de difusi\u00f3n posibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ARTICULO 11: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">Comun\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos.
