Expte: 4039-3703\/ 98 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoHeader\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Arial Narrow'; color: black;\">DE GENERAL ALVEAR <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;\">PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES <\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1184\/98 <\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">VISTO: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black;\">El expediente N\u00ba 2672\/96 por el cual la Municipalidad de General Alvear est\u00e1 adquiriendo tierras en el marco del Plan Familia propietaria, y <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">CONSIDERANDO: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Que por decreto Provincial 807\/95 el Gobierno Provincial autoriza a las Municipalidades a aprobar ampliaciones urbanas y\/o modificar las normas urban\u00edsticas vigentes para regular proyectos incluidos en el Plan Familia Propietaria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Que se da por cumplida a trav\u00e9s del citado Decreto la convalidaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica de las nuevas normas, contando a tal fin con una intervenci\u00f3n previa de las Organismos Provinciales competentes, dando por satisfechas as\u00ed las exigencias del Art\u00edculo 73 del decreto Ley 8912\/77. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Que por el citado Decreto y su Modificatorio 547\/96, se establece para todos los parcelamientos urbanos correspondientes a proyectos de urbanizaci\u00f3n social incorporados al Plan Familia propietaria ser\u00e1n admitidas parcelas con medidas y superficies inferiores a las establecidas por el Decreto Ley 8912\/77, fij\u00e1ndose en 10 metros de frente m\u00ednimo y 250 metros cuadrados de superficie m\u00ednima. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Que por citado Decreto los Organismos de la Provincia deber\u00e1 otorgar tr\u00e1mite preferencial a la gesti\u00f3n de los proyectos del Plan Familia Propietaria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Que por Decreto Provincial 3275\/96 se autoriza el cumplimiento dentro de los 24 meses de lo normado en el Art. 62 del Decreto Ley 8912\/77, a partir de la aprobaci\u00f3n del plano de parcelamiento de las fracciones incorporadas al Plan Familia Propietaria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 42.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Por todo ello, este HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE, en uso de sus facultades, sanciona la siguiente: <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-bidi-font-weight: normal; font-style: normal; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;\">ORDENANZA <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">ARTICULO 1\u00ba: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Cr\u00e9ase en el \u00e1rea urbana de la Ciudad de General Alvear, la zona Distrito Urbanizado Especial N\u00ba 9 en el predio cuya Nomenclatura Catastral es la siguiente: CIRC. 1 \u2013 SECC.
