\u00a0<\/span>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b> PROHIBASE EN LA AVENIDA HIPOLITO YRIGOYEN, desde, Av. Sarmiento hasta Av. 25 de Mayo el GIRO A LA IZQUIERDA<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICULO\u00a0 <\/span>2\u00ba:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Apl\u00edquese en el cruce de Av. Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen y Av. 25 de Mayo el Articulo N\u00ba 43 de la Ley de tr\u00e1nsito N\u00ba 24.449 \u00a0<\/span>(Rigen las reglas para giros y rotondas)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>Refierase la falta a esta ordenanza, a lo citado en el art\u00edculo 208 del C\u00f3digo de Faltas, modific\u00e1ndose la cantidad de m\u00f3dulos, que ir\u00e1n desde un m\u00ednimo de 30 (treinta), hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 120 (ciento veinte), de acuerdo a lo que establezca la Jueza interviniente, contemplando las reincidencias o no. Modif\u00edquese el art\u00edculo citado o incorp\u00f3rese como 208 bis.<\/span><\/p>\n

CITA ARTICULO: ARTICULO 208\u00ba: GIRO INDEBIDO A LA IZQUIERDA: <\/span><\/b>Sera reprimido con multa de 5 (cinco) a 20 (veinte) m\u00f3dulos, el conductor que girare a la izquierda en las calles de tr\u00e1nsito de ambas direcciones comandado por se\u00f1ales luminosas, cuando el mismo no tuviere permitido o en las calles que tuviere permitido o en las calles que tuvieren se\u00f1alamiento de prohibici\u00f3n de tal maniobra.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICULO 4<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u00ba:<\/span><\/b> El\u00e9vese a la direcci\u00f3n de OBRAS Y SERVICIOS PUBLICOS, \u00e9sta normativa, para que determinen el tipo de carteleria que sea pertinente.<\/span><\/p>\n
