\u00a0<\/span>Art\u00edculo Primero:<\/span><\/span><\/b> CREASE un Jard\u00edn Maternal, en el \u00e1mbito del Estado Municipal, el que ser\u00e1 de Gesti\u00f3n Asociada<\/span><\/b> pues, funcionar\u00e1 en un inmueble del Municipio sito en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles 25 de Mayo e Intendente Wallace de nuestra ciudad, estar\u00e1 integrado por personal dependiente de la Municipalidad de General Alvear; y se regir\u00e1 para su funcionamiento bajo las normas que establece la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Educaci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Privada (DIPREGEP) en su Resoluci\u00f3n 4450\/91, cuyos conceptos integran el Anexo I de la presente Ordenanza.<\/span><\/p>\n
