<\/span><\/b>
ART\u00cdCULO 1<\/span><\/b>: Cr\u00e9ase un Plan de Pagos para la regularizaci\u00f3n de los distintos grav\u00e1menes a cargo del Municipio de General Alvear.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 2:<\/span><\/b> Se podr\u00e1n acoger todos los responsables deudores de Tasas, \u00a0<\/span>Contribuciones, Derechos y Patentes cualquiera sea el estado de gesti\u00f3n de la deuda al 31 de Mayo de 1986. Los deudores que tengan juicio de apremio por el cobro de Tasas Municipales deber\u00e1n abonar, a fin de acogerse al presente Plan, los gastos caus\u00eddicos de la ejecuci\u00f3n a cuyo efecto deber\u00e1 solicitar liquidaci\u00f3n en la Asesor\u00eda Letrada Municipal. Con el recibo de la cancelaci\u00f3n otorgada por \u00e9sta podr\u00e1 acogerse a la presente refinanciaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 3:<\/span><\/b> El vencimiento para beneficiarse, con este Plan de Pagos con \u00a0<\/span>Facilidades Especiales se producir\u00e1 el 25 de Julio de 1986.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 4<\/span><\/b>: Los contribuyentes podr\u00e1n saldar sus deudas con un Plan de \u00a0<\/span>Facilidades de hasta quince cuotas mensuales iguales y consecutivas, con un inter\u00e9s del 1,5 % (uno y medio) mensual. La falta de pago de dos cuotas consecutivas o cuatro alternadas producir\u00e1 la rescisi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica del convenio de pago, sin necesidad de interpelaci\u00f3n por parte de la Municipalidad, la cual podr\u00e1 exigir la totalidad de la deuda, imput\u00e1ndose las cuotas percibidas al pago de intereses devengados.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 5:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Para poder gozar de este Plan de Facilidades, los contribuyentes deber\u00e1n llenar un formulario creado al de la Tasa por Conservaci\u00f3n, Reparaci\u00f3n y Mejorado de la Red Vial Municipal, el Primer Trimestre de la Tasa por Alumbrado, Limpieza y Conservaci\u00f3n de la V\u00eda P\u00fablica y el Segundo Bimestre de la Tasa por Servicios de Agua Corriente respectivamente. Para los dem\u00e1s grav\u00e1menes, se exigir\u00e1 abonar en el momento de la presentaci\u00f3n un anticipo de diez (10) por ciento de la deuda.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 6<\/span><\/b>: Los montos m\u00ednimos de Anticipos y Cuotas ser\u00e1n de diez (10) \u00a0<\/span>Australes y las deudas se autorizar\u00e1n a los valores actuales de los respectivos grav\u00e1menes.-<\/p>\n

ART\u00cdCULO 7<\/span><\/b>: Se invitar\u00e1 a los deudores a acogerse al Plan de Pagos para regularizar su situaci\u00f3n fiscal, debiendo adem\u00e1s el Departamento Ejecutivo efectuar una profusa y amplia publicidad del mencionado Plan de Pagos con Facilidades.-
